Helena is a professional actress who trained at Drama Studio London having completed a short course at LAMDA.
Before training she worked as teacher for 9 years. While teaching she started to train as a director and to develop her own writing.
She has now been commissioned professionally, written several plays,  pantomimes, one act plays and adapted Shakespeare for children.
Helena also composes songs which she has performed at SLAM! events.

She is currently based in London.
